Capetonians clear your diaries now because the Fry’s Annual Green Meeting (AGM) is returning to the Mother City on 22 April.

From 2pm to 8pm you will be inspired by experts in topics surrounding conscious, sustainable living about how to live a healthy, planet-friendly, plant-based lifestyle; enjoy delicious vegan food, and make lasting connections with other passionate people! After 8pm there’ll be live music, more vegan food, and more opportunity to make those connections.

You’ll also be one of the first people in South Africa to try an exciting new innovation that will be revealed by Fry’s at the event.

In keeping with this year’s theme of ‘Inspiring Change’ we would love to hear from you about how Fry’s has helped you to Inspire Change in your own life; this could be a story about how Fry’s helped you or a loved one to change your diet to improve your health, or how you’ve used Fry’s to introduce friends and family to the benefits of a plant-based diet – or any other way that Fry’s products, events or other messaging has helped you.

We’ll showcase the stories at The #FrysAGM, and our favourite story will WIN A FRY’S HAMPER WORTH R1000! Only attendees of the Fry's Annual Green Meeting: Inspiring Change (Cape Town) are legible to win the prize. Enter by sending us an inbox message with your story and the words INSPIRING CHANGE at the top of the message.
