Sundowners, Sushi & Sauvignon! Sundowners at De Grendel is back by popular demand! Join us on the 8th of December 2017 at the De Grendel Tasting Room for our sundowners event with food from The POKÈ co - Cape Town

Poké is all the flavours we love in sushi, rediscovered in an unique, spontaneous and convenient way - perfectly complimented by the De Grendel Sauvignon Blanc.

Couple: R550 (Includes 1 bottle of De Grendel Wine and 2 Poké Bowls)
Single: R330 (Includes 2 glasses of De Grendel Wine and a Poké Bowl)

*Please pre order between the following with your booking:

Salmon Poké:
Ponzu Salmon, Cucumber, Edamame, Pickled Beetroot, Avocado & toasted Coco Flakes with creamy togorashi dressing (mild soy sriracha mayonnaise).

Chicken Poké:
Miso Tahini Shredded Chicken, Pineapple, Cucumber, Carrot, Red cabbage & toasted Macadamia Nuts with Shoyu dressing.

Veg Poké:
Cucumber, Edamame, Avocado, Carrot, Pickled Beetroot & toasted Coco Flakes with Shoyu Dressing.

Please note: All Poké Bowls are served on a bed of Sushi Rice with a sprinkle of Sesame Seeds, Spring Onions and Japanese 7 Spice. You may substitute the Sushi Rice for a Kale & Red Cabbage salad.

Please also advise if you have any dietary requirements we should be aware of.


Although we recommend the De Grendel Sauvignon Blanc with your Poké Bowl, you have a choice between our Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé or Merlot.
