2017 MOTHER'S DAY LUNCH MENU

Farm style bread, biltong butter

Meze style platter

Parma ham, pomegranate, fig and balsamic roasted romanita, goats cheese, wild rocket



Main course – served “family style” at the table

Chicken, leek and field mushroom pie

Three-hour braised Lamb shoulder, baby pearl onions, rosemary and cabernet jus

Ouma-se-pampoenkoekies, caramel sauce, cinnamon

Duck fat roasted potatoes

Oven roasted chunky vegetables

Pears poached in rum, blue cheese, berries, radish and walnut salad



Sweet treats per table

Baked chocolate cheese cake, caramelised orange

Berry and almond tartlet, vanilla pod mascarpone
