Come enjoy an exclusive evening in the company of our renowned brewmaster, while we will take you on a beer & food experience not seen before!

Includes:
- 5 course meal plus pairing with the flight of beers (see below for the menu)
- Live entertainment
- Beer insights and presentation by the brewmaster
- Reserved seating (booking essential)

TABLE BOOKING ESSENTIAL:
Please contact the brewery for table arrangements and booking allocations after you have purchased your tickets. Invite your friends to fill the tables, otherwise we will have to...see below!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
- Seating limited to brewhouse layout, therefore you might end up being seated with other people (if you and your friends don't fill up a specific table) making some new friends
- We can not cater for any alterations in the menu for food allergies or religious prohibition & no kids menu available for this evening
- Cash/Credit card facilities available
- Beer & wine sales available
- No animals allowed

- Course 1: Sprinbok fillet served with the all new Dorcas Lager
- Course 2: Tropical soup paired with th- Course 1: Sprinbok fillet served with the 'patriotic' Dorcas Lager
- Course 2: Tropical soup paired with the 'soaring' Eagle Weiss Wit beer
- Course 3: Smoked salmon served with the 'maestro' Blind Mole Pilsener
- Course 4: Smoked Pork shoulder/belly served with the 'ever aware' Double Owl Ale

- Course 5: Wild Mushrooms and dark cheese paired with the 'famous' Black Dog Porter
